What is a nose bleed?
Nose bleed (epistaksis) usually occurs when small blood vessels in the nasal cavity broken capillaries.
What is the cause of nose bleeds?
Injury to the nose
Excessive cold air or dry
Blow your nose loudly
Repeated sneezing
Tumor in the nasal cavity
What should I do?
Do not panic if a nosebleed.
Immediate treatment:
Sit down and bow to the front
Breathing through the mouth and pinch the nose on the hard for 10 minutes
Continue to pinch the nose and put an ice pack on the forehead between the eyes
After 10 minutes, stop pinching the nose and check whether the bleeding has stopped
Avoid sneezing, blowing your nose or dig
Go to a clinic or hospital for further examination by doctor
